Active Kat Yoga, LLC has graduates globally

Here is what a few of them have to say

"I would encourage anyone who is interested in becoming a yoga teacher or just furthering their practice to study under Kat's guidance. She is patient, kind and always willing to go the extra mile for her students."

Julie S. 2020 graduate

I had such a great experience during my teacher training with Kat, at Active Kat Yoga. She is a very skillful, knowledgeable, thoughtful and experienced Yoga teacher. My very first spark of love with yoga began by taking her classes almost eight years ago. The real transformation for me now, is that I was able to participate and complete her teacher 200hr program. Unbelievable information, and an amazing breakdown. She taught me that there is so much more to yoga than learning kick ass poses. I get it now. At this time, in our world, I would recommend her class to be a requirement for all humanity! Life-affirming experience. Want me to go on? I could...simply the best.

Harriet S. 2020 graduate

Very professional and well organized training. Instructor Kat teaches with enthusiasm and truly cares for her students. Highly recommended!
